The monthly base fee includes the following services:

  • Maintenance and continuous updating of system documentation
  • Availability of qualified personnel with knowledge of the specific operating scenario
  • Service readiness SLA for service & support requests and interference suppression work
  • Monitoring of systems/system resources (if accessible via Internet)
  • Service desk and ticket system with customer-specific telephone number and e-mail address 

Services with effort-based invoicing:

Activities (service & support requests, fault clearance) are documented in the ticket system and invoiced on presentation of the relevant evidence. Services are invoiced per 5 minutes or part thereof.
