What can I expect from the Managed Platform?
All-round carefree operation for your IT infrastructure, including operation, firewall, monitoring, backup service, and preventive maintenance. m.a.x it takes care of everything, remotely, but also on-site if a hardware defect needs to be fixed. Our employees are immediately available for you. We work with Proxmox, VMware, and Hyper-V for virtualization.
What does the term Self-Service mean in the m.a.x. Private Cloud?
With the self-service platform in the m.a.x. Private Cloud, customers are allocated precisely defined resources on the m.a.x. it hosting platform, which are available for their free use. The operation of a company’s own dedicated hardware platform is not necessary.
How does my company benefit from the Managed Platform?
