With a fast response from our specialists, the problem is analyzed promptly and resolved quickly. Further service components include proactive system hardening, software maintenance, and adaptations to current security requirements. With service level agreements (SLA), we guarantee response times (standard: 4 hours), 9-to-5 availability, and small included software changes. We offer software maintenance for an unlimited period and for as long as the software is in use.
Components of m.a.x. it’s Application Services also include specific user training, documentation of all maintenance activities in the ticketing system, and a continuous improvement process. The change requests include ongoing further development of the application and adaptation to new requirements, which, if necessary, can also involve more extensive work such as refactoring or re-engineering the entire application.

Once the initial software development is up and running, our optional software maintenance ensures stable and secure operation. Of course, we are also happy to support you as a partner for extensions and adjustments to your software solution.
Why do I need software maintenance?

Do I always need a software maintenance contract, or can I save the costs?
In principle, software maintenance contracts are not mandatory with us, but optional. However, for business-critical applications we recommend software maintenance with an individual and flexible scope of services. We agree with you on the operational support that best fits your requirements.

The application is finished—do you also provide training?
