With a fast response from our specialists, the problem is analyzed promptly and resolved quickly. Further service components include proactive system hardening, software maintenance, and adaptations to current security requirements. With service level agreements (SLA), we guarantee response times (standard: 4 hours), 9-to-5 availability, and small included software changes.
